The NAKAYAMA CO., LTD., was first established in August 1990, as the NAKAYAMA TOSO KOGYO. Since then, we have always tried to customize our operations in terms of products and services, to cater to the immediate needs of the local communities. So, we have tried to established and have in fact created, a sense of reliability and dependability with our customers with the use of quality products and services.

When our company was founded, we started with only five(5) members. But due to the support of our customers, we have grown, and is growing with a web of branches in all areas of Japan. In fact, at present, we are already operating our business with a manpower of 1300 employees. In the process of our growth, our jobs have been transformed from mere painting jobs, specifically exterior painting jobs, towards the renovation of houses and all kinds of buildings. In the same aspect, the demands of our market have been drastically evolving from the simple tasks of remodeling and repair of "old fashioned" houses and buildings, into the more complicated task of improving houses and transform them into modern and comfortable abodes to cope with the demands of the present and of the future, which must naturally breathe of comfort and style.

Our maiden overseas manufacturing plant in the Philippines, the NAKAYAMA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (NTC), started to manufacture new wall panel system called the EcoWall Series from the last quarter of 2003. A variety of brick tile models, consistent with its durability and elegance, are produced in high quantity daily. The unique and genuine composition of our products comes from natural stones and minerals. At present, our products are already highly competitive, not only in Japan but also in the Philippines. In December 2004, NTC passed the TUV SUD accreditation and is now an ISO 9001:2000 certified. In line with our quality management objectives, all our officers, employees and staff, possessed with all the necessary qualifications, are working as a team to improve our products and our services with the end in view of expanding our market towards the United States, United Kingdom, and to all other parts of the world.

Galvalume (alumininum zinc alloy coated sheet) AZ150, a corrosion resistant metal is used in the panels with increased thickness, which made it superior as a foundation metal siding. Furthermore, strength and durability is increased by the addition of urethane foam in the panel.

It's difficult to choose the color and design for the house and building. As part of the company's genuine service, a digital photograph of the house will be taken and will be sent to the Computer Graphics Center for simulation of the desired color and design pattern ordered by the client/ customer. The preview of the color and the designed pattern would be easy for the customer to see and to choose.

The bond strength of the glue/adhessive between brick/granite and galvalume backing panel is set at 0.5KN per 16 sq. cm. area.

With the new breakthrough and patented way of installation, the process is easy, fast and efficient. And because of this new technology there is an air circulation created between siding and wall of the house, therefore raising the efficiency of the insulating effect of the siding. And with the new installation method, the siding panel is not prone to damage due to earthquake. The new method of installation is environment friendly since it does not provide so much material like wood. The method directly applies the studs and runners on the wall. Therefore, there is no need to remove the outer part of the wall, saving time and materials.
