Specification - Pneumatic Fenders

1 «Guaranteed energy absorption» is the guaranteed energy absorption at 60% deflection. 2 Tolerance of reaction force and deflection at guaranteed energy absorption are as follows:

• Reaction: +/- 10% • Deflection: +/- 5%3 Each reaction and energy absorption is measured under static conditions.4 Testing pressure rate indicates the testing pressure at the factory.5 Weight of fender body and net may vary by +/- 10%.6 We can also manufacture other special sizes in addition to those listed above.7 Internal pressure: 50 kPa. Optional: 80 kPa

FENDER DAVIT

The Noreq Fender Davit system is a totally enclosed davit construction with all vulnerable components protected inside the davit structure. It’s carefully considered and epoch making design gives advantages when it comes to maintenance and service, installation and deck preparations, and also for heating in arctic climate.

FIXED FENDERSNoreqFender offers fixed fenders in both rubber and foam for all types of marine applications. We work with shipyards and ports worldwide and will be happy to assist with any requirements you may have.

Cylindrical Fender

Cylindrical rubber fenders are often used in ports and industrial surroundings, and fixed normally by using chain and anchors.

D Fender

D fenders are typically used at quays and on vessels. They are ideal for smaller quays and wharves to protect boats, tugs, barges and other work crafts.

Keyhole Fender

Block fenders are typically used at quays, boats, tugs, barges but also in construction environments (bridges, locks etc). All dimensions can be supplied with cylindrical chamber, D-shaped chamber or without a chamber. Fixation is normally bolts and/or straps.

M Fender

M fenders are designed for use in extreme conditions and to absorb excessive shocks. This type of fender is suitable on the bow and stern of tugs, workboats and icebreakers.
