INTRODUCTION ABOUT ISO 14001:2004

ISO 14001:2004 specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects. It applies to those environmental aspects that the organization identifies as those which it can control and those which it can influence. Steve has helped organizations implement the IS0 9001:2001 & ISO 14001 and ISO 18001. Plan and manage the Quality/Environmental/Safety Management System, CE Certification based on PPE Directive 89/656/EEC & Continuous Improvement Activities. Steve has helped organizations implement the Automotive Quality Management in APMC, System Standards (QS 9000 and ISO/TS 16949:2009). Having held Senior Management posts including bottom and top line autonomy for 18 years in the manufacturing sector, he gained considerable experience in management in a variety of manufacturing business. He managed many production plants of multinational origin.

manufacturing concepts for many organizations in which he has worked and also introduced kaizen

for many high-end industries namely in the manufacturing fraternity.
