Located 3 km south of the town of Concep�on Bay South (CBS) and the property is easily accessed by gravel road.

The El Manuel property is situated in the Avalon Zone, along the eastern margin of the Holyrood Horst. It is included in the eastern Avalon high-alumina belt, a high- and low-sulphida�on epithermal system. These systems are hosted in felsic flow and ash-flow tuffs.

The property hosts several high- to low-sulphida�on epithermal prospects with strong gold values.

HIGHLIGHTS

Bergs prospect with up to 54.3 g/t Au in grabs fraom a 1 m wide low-sulphida�on quartz-hema�te vein.Steep Nap Prospect displays Au values up to 9.3 g/t in grab samples, 390 ppb over 18.5m and 4.6 g/t over 0.25 m in channel samples.Drilling along a 400 m sec�on of the Steep Nap vein cuts wide breccia/quartz-adularia veins with Au up to 1.2 g/t over 1.6 m and 1.9 g/t over 0.7 m.

The Bergs Prospect displays characteris�cs of a low-sulphida�on style system and consists of banded, epithermal-style, gold-bearing quartz veins and silica rich breccias.

The Steep Nap Prospect is associated with crus�form-banded quartz ± hema�te ± adularia veins and breccias with values of grab samples up to 2.7 g/t Au and 20 g/t Ag.
