portfolio. The island sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

The luxury Caribbean style villa located on the island offers

panoramic views of the tropical waters. The villa has four

luxurious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large living

area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and will give you

the ultimate experience of luxury.

Next to the private beach, infinity pool, pool bar, and loungers you

will also have access to a private boat, a putting green, helicopter

pad and various watersports gear.

The island is 5 minutes away by boat from the Caribbean Ocean

where you can go diving or deep sea fishing.

In addition, the Spanish Waters are the ideal location for water

sports such as swimming, snorkeling, sailing and water skiing.

You may prefer your complete privacy but it is also possible to rent

the island with personal staff such as a private chef, butlers and

maid service.

The easiest way to get to the island is by boat. There is a

motorboat available for your personal transportation to and

from "Isla Kiniw". Helicopter transportation is also available

(subject to availability and extra costs)

We can arrange a temporary permit for you when you have

any experience with a boat. For those who have no

experience, a special arrangement can be discussed.
