ISASTUR, parent company of the Group, was established in
Asturias in 1978, under the name of Ingeniería y Montajes
Asturias, S.A. and in the field of Engineering and Electrical
Installations. Initially limited to the region of Asturias, the
business gradually expanded throughout the country and,
several years ago, finally accessed the international market. It
currently has a stable presence in Spain, UK, Germany, Romania, Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Venezuela and Uruguay.

Morocco, Chile, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Spain has been a world leader is Wind Energy. Grupo
ISASTUR has built more than 600 MW of wind power
for major companies: Nordex, EDP Renewables,
Vestas, Iberdrola, Acciona, E.ON, Gamesa,...,
providing a full EPC from initial design, civil works,
electrical assembly and power transmission system
(substation and power line), including the annual
maintenance of the wind farm.
