All the ingredients for heating are measured into the pan
We stirred the ingredients over the heat
We heated it to 115°c, this is called the ‘soft ball’ stage
115°C achieved! It took a lot of stirring and heating to do this.
We then added extra ingredients, can you see what they are?
Allow to set overnight. Yum yum, I want to eat it now!
