ISO 22400について


MES（Manufacturing Execution System）領域でのKPI（Key Performance Indicators）である品質性、安全性、設備稼働率などを数値化して管理するにあたり、工場・事業所・企業ごとといった異なるメジャーでは、経営戦略管理上比較ができないと適切な経営判断ができず、設備／装置・ロボットから出すデータ基準が装置メーカーごとに違っていては改善効果の評価もできません。

そこで、KPI別に装置のデータ採りの基準を国際標準化したものがISO 22400です。

ISO 22400は、ISA95（IEC 62264）で定義されているLvel3（MOM）の領域に関するKPIを取り扱っています。

ISO 22400 標準化の狙い


MESの標準化を意図したが、既に多くのMESが商用で売られていたり、使用されているので、標準化には適しない。

MESの情報を厳格に標準化するよりは、利用者視点で情報を標準化する方が利点がある。

生産システムの生産性指標を標準化することで、ベンチマーキングが可能になる。

生産性指標を定義することで、センサー、制御機器などから必要なデータを容易に収集、編集が可能になる。

経営的な情報と生産システムの現場との情報を統合的に可視化することができる。

work centres and areas with several work units or an entire work centre. The OEE indexforms the basis for improvements by better production information, identification ofproduction losses, and improvement of the product quality by optimized processes.The calculation of OEE based on the hierarchy structure is only useful if the characteristicof the work unit processes would be comparable. Before starting a benchmark based onthe OEE index the criteria for comparability should be checked.
