I read & infer:

(One volunteer element)

Ans: Reciting one more surah along with surat ul Fatiha.

Ans: The prayer will be valid but one will miss the rewards of not following sunnah acts.

The prayer will not be nullified by not doing voluntary acts.

The prayer will be nullified; omitting an obligatory element of the prayer cannot be compensated with the prostration of forgetfulness.
