Patrick Cullen CEOOver 20 years in the resources sector including experience atmajors such as Schlumberger, AngloGold, Placer Dome, AngloAmerican Platinum, and in junior exploration with African EnergyResources (ASX), Montero Mining and Exploration (TSX-V) andKodal Norway (UK) Ltd. Patrick has worked in a wide range ofcommodities and mineralization styles in both exploration andmine expansion projects, holds a BSc. University College Cork, anhonours degree in Geology University of Portsmouth (1994) andMBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia(2008).
John Teeling Non-Executive Chairman Over 40 years’ resources experience, including the early daysof zinc mining in Ireland, John founded Arkle Resources(previously named Connemara Mining) and, amongst others,African Diamonds developing the Karowe mine in Botswana(now Lucara), Pan Andean Resources, Minco, and KenmareResources. Mr. Teeling holds degrees in Economics andBusiness from University College Dublin, an MBA fromWharton and a Doctorate in Business Administration fromHarvard.
David Cockbill Non-Executive Director Experienced corporate financier and public capital marketsexecutive. Studied accountancy at Manchester Universitybefore commencing a 35 year career in the City of London atvarious leading investment banks as a proprietarytrader. Jim Finn Financial Director Over 20 years’ experience with exploration companies andextensive experience in their administration, responsible forlisting several resource companies, including two of the firstcompanies ever listed on AIM - Pan Andean Resources andAfrican Gold. Gavin Berkenheger Consultant Geologist Chartered and European Geologist, extensive knowledge ofIrish and UK mineral deposits. Has spent the last 12 yearsexploring for gold and base metal resources in Ireland andScotland, aided in the development of the Curraghinalt golddeposit in Northern Ireland and is a Director of GreenOre GoldPlc exploring for gold in Scotland.
