Access the OfficeMax Store

• Enter iProcurement through your Oracle login. Click on the “iProcurement Home Page” to begin the ordering process.

• Click on “OfficeMax”. This will bring you out to the OfficeMax web page where you can begin to order office supplies.

Verify Contact Information(This is a one time registration to assign a unique user pin )

• Click on “I don’t have a PIN”• Enter first name• Enter last name

• In the Title field, keep the default as “Office Supply Buyer”.

• Confirm your Centrix email address• Enter your Centrix phone number• Enter the Centrix address, City, State and

zip code.

• Click Submit*Note: You will receive a PIN number in an email message once you have submitted this form. Retain the number for future use by the Purchasing Department when dealing with customer service issues.

Getting Started

• You will then be directed to the Manage Orders page. If you wish to begin your order now, click “Create New Order” from the menu on the upper left hand side of your screen.

• There are two sources that contain product lines.

– The first is the “Centrix Shopping List”, located under the Shopping List tab. This list contains commonly ordered Centrix items that have been negotiated at a substantial savings for the company. This is the first place you should look for items you need to purchase.

– The second is the approved catalog line of commonly ordered office supplies called My Contract. This is where you will go if the items are not found in the “Centrix Shopping List”.

Centrix Shopping List

• Click on Centrix Shopping List to begin shopping. Scroll through the list, enter the quantities of the items in the QTYfield and click “Add to Cart”.

• From the Shopping Cart, you can continue to shop by using the approved catalog called My Contract by clicking on the categories to the right and drilling down or using the “Search” field.

* If you select items from a shopping list, you can select quantities for different products at one time. Click “Add to Cart” anywhere on the page will add all the items you have selected to buy.

Keyword Search

• To find product by using the “Search” field, enter your description in the field where it says “Keyword/Product #” and click “Go”.

• The search results will appear, generally, giving you multiple options to choose from. Click on the link that applies to narrow down your search.

*To refine your search, you can click the drop down

menu next to the button “Refine Results”. Select a supplier if you know it and then click the “Refine Results” button. An ”Advanced Search” can be performed by clicking on the link below the search field. At that time, you can select more detailed options to focus in on the product you are looking for.

*Note not all links will have items available to select.

My Contract Catalog

• To shop using the My Contract catalog, located to the left of the screen, click on the category that best suits your needs.

• A refined list will appear with different options for the category you chose. Clickon a link and proceed…

Order By Product Code

• If you have the OfficeMax item #’s and would like to enter them all at once, you can click the “Order by Product Code” tab. You will then have several fields to fill in. Enter the item # in the “Product Code” field and quantity. Click “Add to Cart”.*The UOM (unit of measure) field is option.

• If you have more item #’s, just click the “Order by Product Code” tab again and repeat.

*Try not to use the “Back” button in your internet browser. This may cause you to lose information and be booted from the site. You might have to start completely over. At this time, if this list doesn’t suit you, you can click on another category at anytime.

View Shopping Cart

• If at this time, you wish to see what you have, you can click the “View Cart” button on the upper left of your screen. While in this screen, you can change quantities or delete items. If you have made any changes you must click“Update Cart” for the changes to apply.

Check Out

• You can checkout at anytime. If you choose to do so now, click the “Checkout” button and follow the iProcurement check out process as normal.*Please make sure you are ready to checkout. If you click “Checkout” you will be directed back to Oracle iProcurement where you complete your order. If at this time, you have made a mistake, your items will be saved in your iProcurement requisition and you can click “OfficeMax” and repeat the “Access the OfficeMax Store” process.

Deleting an Order

• At any time within the ordering process, you can delete your order. Just click“Delete Order” at the very top, right-hand side of the screen.

Saving an Order*Be careful as to not accidentally delete your order.

• You can save your order at anytime in the process if you have items in your cart. To do this, click “Save Order” at the upper right-hand side of your screen.

Saving an Order Cont’d

• Select the purpose for saving the order and click “Save”.

– Place later– Save and repeat for future orders that

will always be the same– Or save and replace an existing

Repeat Order. You would then clickon “Repeat Orders” and either save it new or replace another.

Retrieving a Saved Order

• You will need to be in the “Manage Orders” screen and click on Saved Orders. From there, click on the order (PO #) you would like to open, and click on Continue Shopping. Proceed to either add items, or checkout as described before. You can also save an order to repeat later.

*Note the informal PO# the OfficeMax site will issue is not our PO# . We will be issuing our own PO# from Oracle so the informal one issued is a reference for you to use only.

Create a Shopping List

• You can create a personal shopping list that has only your frequently ordered items.

• Click on “Manage Shopping Lists” on the menu to the left of your screen.

• Click the “Create New List” link. Type in a name for your new list. *When naming a list, choose a unique and logical name that will represent the items to be added to the list (i.e. LMG Inventory or Mike Mitchell).

• Under “Category”, enter the category that the supplies might encompass(paper, basic office supplies etc…) then click“Continue” to start selecting items to add to your shopping list.

*If at any time you would like to add an additional category, click the “Add Another Category to This List” link in blue.

• At this time, you can manually add item #’s or search just like when you are shopping.

• When you find the item you wish to add, you must click the box next to “Add to Shopping List”.

• At any time in this process, you can click“Add Items to Shopping List” button.*If you would like to add multiple items from the same

page to a shopping list, you can click all items, then clickany “Add to Shopping List” button on the page and all items will be added automatically.

*To exit just click “Save List” or “Delete List”. This will bring you back to the Manage Orders page where you first began. From this page, you can create a new order, manage shopping lists or browse the catalog.

• Please check the message board under the “Messages” tab for any messages, updates or alerts.
