– Training materials for teaching the staff of IPOs– Updated & revised based on IPC reform– Promote broader use of the reformed IPC

>> Tutorials– Improve IPC training– Develop a computer-based interactive product

Task Force & CLAIMS Project>> TF on Updating IPC Training Examples

– Established by WG/9 – Members: FR, DE, IE, IT, JP, ES, SE, GB, RO, US, EP and IB– TF meetings & electronic discussion

>> Development of IPC Tutorials– Track 3 of CLAIMS Project– Completed at the end of 2003

Publications>> IPC Training Examples

– 68/87 examples in English on IBIS Website http://www.wipo.int/ibis/index.html– User-friendly presentation (tech. fields; categories)– French version preparation (86,19)
