iPhone  and  iPad  Configuration  

Mail  App      

 1. Go  to  Settings  >  Mail,  Contacts,  Calendars  

 

   

2. Click  Add  Account    

   

3. Select  Other    

   

     

4. Complete  the  account  information  and  click  next    

     

5. Enter  incoming  and  outgoing  mail  server  as  mail.sd79.bc.ca        

     

6. Setup  your  outgoing  mail  server  by  tapping  on  the  SMTP  >  Primary  Server    

 

 

   

7. Enter  your  username  and  password  for  the  outgoing  mail  server  then  turn  on  SSL  and  change  the  server  port  to  25.  

.    

   

8. Click  Done  >  Account  and  then  go  to  Advanced  on  the  Account  Tab

9. Turn  on  SSL  and  ensure  the  port  is  set  to  143    

     

10. Tap  Account  >  Done    

 11. Test  that  you  can  send  and  receive  mail.
