About the Convention

The Indian Pharmaceutical Association Annual Convention (IPAC 2021) on theme “Reimaging Pharmacy in the 21st Century: Transformational change ahead” envisage constructive potentials and enhances impact of the profession of pharmacy in the context of recent trends, evidence and policies.

The Convention is organized along the lines of three broad themes: Drawing from experience, Future ready learning and Digitalization of pharmacy education.

Guidelines for Abstract preparation and submission

IPAC 2021 I July 8 - 10, 2021 Virtual Poster Showcase

For Students

IPAC 2021 Virtual Poster Showcase (VPS) provides a platform for presenting scientific research without barriers like the investment of time and money to travel to conference, at this very pandemic. IPAC 2021 Virtual Poster Showcase (VPS) is primarily aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students, and research scholars of pharmaceutical sciences, as a way to improve their research presentation skills, which are influential in both academia and professional workplaces. Four Phases of participation Abstract submission, poster presentation, evaluation, and recognition. Abstract submission To participate in IPAC 2021 Virtual Poster Showcase (VPS), researchers and students should first submit their abstract as first author. Abstracts must be in English limited to 250 words, and submitted within deadline specified. Abstracts should be concise and be able to appropriately describe your research within the character limit. Poster preparation and presentation Participants can create their poster using PowerPoint. Poster dimensions: 34 cm (width) and 20 cm (height) and you must save your file both in PDF and PEG format. Evaluation of e-posters e-Poster presentation will be evaluated by subject experts. Rubrics for evaluation includes: poster display and organization, scientific content, and ability to respond the queries. Recognition EACH REGISTERED PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE AN E-CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION after completing all steps of the Virtual Poster Showcase 2021, including poster evaluation and responding to feedback from expert judges.

Oral Presentation

The 10 top scoring e-posters will be selected for oral presentation to be held during the IPA Annual Convention (IPAC 2021) on July 16 & 17, 2021. THE BEST ORAL PRESENTATIONS (3 NO’S) WILL RECEIVE E-CERTIFICATE OF MERIT AND CASH PRIZE.
