Production process
Master Pattern
Silicon Mold (RTV Tool)
Urethane production
• Master Pattern, it can be made with either CNC Machining or 3D Printing.
• RTV Tool, The mold is made using the master pattern, mold life span can be from 5 – 100 parts depending on the complexity of the part.
• Urethan Production, ones the mold is made we can produce parts with it, using different plastics from soft to rigid.
