Dear Chiefs and/or Commanders of CISM Member Nations Joint Forces. Ecuadorian Military Sport Federation is pleased to extend to you dear Chiefs and/or Commanders of CISM Member Nations Joint Forces, our best Greetings and wishes of success on your professional activities. Ecuador has been considered by the International Military Sport Council (CISM) as host Nation for planning, organization and execution of the 2nd CISM WORLD CADET GAMES “ECUADOR 2014”, which is the reason why I would like to invite Cadet Teams of your countries at different sport disciplines, in order to participate with your delegations in this world class event. For Ecuadorian Armed Forces, it shall be an honor being able to host you in the best way possible both at military logistic field and promoting touristic potential of this small paradise of the world.
