Interested bidders may secure an Application To Pre-Qualify and Bid form at the QUEDANCOR Central Office located at 34 Panay Avenue, Quezon City or any of its Regional Offices upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,000.00). Deadline for submission of duly accomplished Application to Pre-Qualify and Bid shall be on November 7, 2012 and qualified bidders shall be advised to attend a pre-bidding conference on November 16, 2012. Qualified bidders are required to submit and enclose in a sealed envelope a Bid Tender form together with a Bid Bond equivalent to at least ten percent (10%) of the minimum bid price in the form of cash, Cashier’s or Manager’s Check. Submission shall be on the date of actual bidding set on November 19, 2012 at 1:30P.M. at the QUEDANCOR Multi-Purpose Hall, Quedancor Center, No. 34 Panay Avenue, Quezon City. QUEDANCOR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without offering any reason, waive any required formality and award the sale of property to the bidder whose offer is considered most advantageous to Quedancor and/or to the government. QUEDANCOR does not assume any obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense that may be incurred in the preparation of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
