The items can be inspected at Concern Worldwide Liberia’s Office on V.P. Road Opposite Catholic

Junction, Monrovia in the following dates:

- Thursday, 6th of February 2020 from 13:00 to 16:00

- Friday, 7th of February 2020 from 13:00 to 16:00

- Saturday, 8th of February 2020 from 13:00 to 16:00

- Sunday, 9th of February 2020 from 13:00 to 16:00

Please place the Bid in a sealed envelope, quoting on the top of the sealed envelope:

Bid Opening:

Bid Opening will take place on Monday, 10th of February 2020 at 15:30 in Concern Worldwide

Liberia’s Office, V.P Road, Sinkor.

All Bidders are invited to attend the Bid Opening Session.

The Auction Committee appointed by the Country Director will be present.

All received Bids will be opened in the presence of the Auction Committee and the detail of each Bid

is noted.

The Auction Committee will sign off on each Auction application noting the Auction price and noting

acceptance of the Bid or its rejection.

Successful Bids:

A reason will be stated why the Auction is either the successful one or why it is rejected.

The items will be sold on an ‘’as is, where is’’ basis to the highest Bidder who will be responsible

for removing the item from the Concern Worldwide Liberia’s Office compound once their payment

has cleared and by appointment with the Logistics Unit of Concern Worldwide Liberia.

Please be sure your bids are realistic, as Concern reserve the right to not sell an item if the reserve

price is not reached.

Payment and Collection:

The final date for payment of successful Bids is Thursday, 13th of February 2020.

The final date for item(s) removal from Concern Worldwide Liberia’s compound is Friday, 14th of

February 2020.

Please note that successful Bidders, who fail to meet one of the two deadlines above, will be

excluded and the second ranked will be awarded instead.

Item(s) can be retired only after the payment for them has been received by Concern Worldwide

Liberia.

Concern Worldwide reserves the right to accept or reject Bids without further explanation.

item(s) to the next highest bidder.
