If you provide holistic health, mental health and healing services, spiritual counseling, life coaching or other healing practices for individuals, families and communities - your voice is needed at this time. Together, we will explore what collective healing looks like when we work together to bring healing to individuals, families and communities. WHAT DOES COLLECTIVE HEALING LOOK LIKE?

Dave is a resident of North Minneapolis' Hawthorne Community and community leader skilled at working with groups large and small on conversations that matter. His current focus is in communities that want to make true and substantial change on large scale issues like disparities in healthcare, education and criminal justice; youth concerns; and culturally specific issues.

Katie is a host practitioner who comes from an extensive background in non-profit, community, and academic worlds. Her current focus is in exploring ways to bring healing to communities that want to authentically engage to create meaningful change. She has worked extensively on leadership development within immigrant and refugee communities, early childhood, youth, veterans, and health and well-being professionals.

DAVE ELLIS Globally Stewarding in Art of Hosting

RONDA REDMOND Art of Hosting Practitioner

Ronda is a host practitioner who comes from an extensive background in corporate, and health plan settings. She is a resident of the St. Peter community. Her current focus helping people work in collaboration. She uses practices and tools that keep the well-being of the work group as a central objective and that foster innovation.
