COMPANY (FIEDMC) has been established by Government of the Punjab on the basis of

Public Private Partnership to achieve orderly, planned and rapid industrialization. The main

objective of FIEDMC is to develop a chain of new industrial estates along with upgrading the

existing once in a dynamic and innovative manner.

FIEDMC has established STATE-OF-THE-ART industrial city i.e. Value Addition City and

is developing Pakistan’s largest industrial estate, M-3 Industrial City, near Sahianwala

Interchange at M-3 Motorway.

FIEDMC hereby invites sealed proposals for calligraphy items for Masjid at Value Addition

City, near Khurrianwala, Faisalabad.

The proposals should be based on the documents, which can be downloaded from FIEDMC

and PPRA Punjab Websites.

The Proposals should reach the office of the undersigned at or before 1100 hours, on

29.04.2015. Any proposal received after the deadline for submission of proposal shall be

returned unopened. Proposals will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day, in the presence

of proposal submitters or representatives who choose to attend at the same address.

Terms and Conditions:

Selected verses of the holy Quran and the selected Hadith will be written in the

approved/chosen “RASMUL KHAT”. However, the proposal may contain any verse

or any hadith in any “RASMUL KHAT”.

Proposal shall be for inner as well as for the outer side of the Masjid. However, the

Employer shall not be bound to execute both. The Employer may choose any part of

the proposal.

While preparing the proposal, it is recommended that Masjid be visited so that

calligraphy items be prepared accurately and properly. The drawings, however,

attached herewith for ready reference.

The proposal must be submitted with samples of items mentioned in the sealed

proposal.

Prices/Costs of items along with specifications must be mentioned in the sealed

proposal.

Taxes shall be deducted as per the law. The quoted prices must include all types of

taxes and freight as the required calligraphy must be completed in every respect at the

Masjid located at about 2 Km from Khurrianwala Chowk on Faisalabad Lahore

Expressway.

The quoted prices shall be basis of payment and no any amount over and above the

quoted prices shall be paid.

Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened.

In case the proposals opening date is declared a public holiday then the proposals will

be received and opened on the next working day or as notified.

All the proposals shall be evaluated keeping in view the calligraphy items and the

prices thereof. It shall not be bound for the Employer to accept the lowest priced offer.

It is also to state that there will be no price negotiations.

The rates and prices shall not be subject to any adjustment and shall remain fixed. No

any claim regarding any escalation shall be admissible on any ground whatsoever.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this invitation, the Punjab Procurement Rules

2014 (PPRA-2014) as prepared by the Government of the Punjab shall be applicable.

Proposals shall be valid for a period of 01 month

The prices shall be quoted in Pak Rupees and payment shall be in Pak. Rupees.

Place of Arbitration shall be Faisalabad.

The proposal must state the payment terms.
