doors, and cabinets. The skylights are flat. The control

skylights on both ends of the aisle can be installed with the

camera, temperature and humidity sensor, smoke detector,

infrared sensor, and reserved hole for fire extinguishing

nozzles. The skylights in the middle can be fixed and rotated

(automatically controlled by the magnetic locks). Opening

skylights can activate the fire extinguishing linkage alarm

signal in the aisle. In case of fire, the magnetic locks open

and rotating skylights open automatically due to gravity

force. The design ensures that fire extinguishing gas enters

the cold aisle containment. After the skylights open, the net

height of the cold aisle containment should be at least 2.5 m

so that it does not affect routine maintenance and the safety

of maintenance personnel

Single-row deployment:

Adopts the modular design and features the cold or hot

aisle containment. A single module should integrate the

cabinet system, power supply and distribution system,

cooling system, management system, and cabling system.

The Single-row deployment requires all cabinets in the

module to be properly sealed. The rated power of a single

cabinet is 3-4 kW

The smart module should provide electric and extra-low

voltage (ELV) cable troughs, and support engineering-free

installation and expansion in the unit of cabinet. The cable

troughs should support cross-column, cross-cabinet row, and

cross-module installation.

Cable troughs can separate signal cables from power

cables. The positions of the partition plates can be adjusted

based on the number of cables. Material requirements: high-

intensity class A carbon cold rolled steel plates with a

thickness of no less than 1.5 mm

Optional horizontal and vertical cable management units

should be configured inside the cabinets.

Installation mode: Cable management units support

screw-free installation.

CFD simulation report: The supplier should provide the

CFD heat analysis and simulation report to optimize the

system design.

Operation and maintenance (O&M) convenience

requirement: The power distribution, cooling, and service

operation planes of the module must be on the same side for

O&M convenience

Monitoring Data Centre Racks 42U with Intelligent rack

Power Distribution Units -32A-1PH -20*C13+4*C19.

Data Centre Environment Monitoring System and Infra

structure management system:

The monitoring system should continuously monitor the

power supply and distribution equipment, UPS, air

conditioning, temperature and humidity, water leakage,

smoke, video surveillance, and access control devices.

Must generate alarms in colors, e-mail, SMS

The smart modular DC centralized collector or

centralized controller should adopt dual-power supply

design to ensure the reliability of micro-module monitoring

In order to improve the reliability of the monitoring

system, all the intelligent node signal transmission and the

sensor power supply are all adopted by POE ring circuit

the monitoring system in the smart module is of the same

brand as the smart module

The infrastructure management system provides through

reporting and management of DC infra structure. Also

provide the 3D view of DC. The monitoring can be done in

NOC. Must have different authentication users’ options.

And give detail logs of power, cooling and environmental

conditions of DC POD.

DCIM must be provided with all perpetual licenses

including work order management licenses , Energy

management licenses
