01.The chairman Regional Procuring Committee on behalf of the Road Development Department,Jaffna invites the sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction worksdescribedinthetablebelow.

02.BiddingwillbeconductedthroughtheNationalCompetitiveBiddingProcedure.03.Tobeeligible forcontractaward, the successfulbidder shallnothavebeenblacklistedand shall

havebeenregisteredinthefieldofRoadConstructionforthegradementionedinthetablebelow
