1. Udayapur Cement Industries Ltdinvites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement ofGas Analyzer System for Preheater Outlet

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Headoffice of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd, Jaljale Udayapur. Telephone No 035411012, Email:[email protected] .

3. Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltdby eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with the Notarized copy offirm registration, VAT certificate and Tax clearance certificate of F/Y 2072/73 from Notary Publicoffice and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000.00. Or the bidder who wishes tobid through electronically or e-bidding shall visit the website http://www.ucil.org.np> eprocurement system may download bidding document and submit.

4. Sealed Bid documents must be submitted to the office of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd, JaljaleUdayapur as below, on or before 14:00 PM on 2074/02/24(2017/06/07). or Bidder who havesubmitted their bids electronically should submit original Sealed Bid documents quote Envelopemust be submitted within 7(Seven) days from the date of bid opening.

5. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend 15:00 PMon 2074/02/24(2017/06/07). at the office of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd, Jaljale Udayapur .Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting from the day of bid opening and must beaccompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of 2.5 % of the quoted Bid amount(Exclusive of VAT),

7. If the last date of purchase, submission and opening falls on a UCIL holiday then the next workingday shall be considered as the last day without any change in time and place. In such a case the bidvalidity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submissiondeadline.

8. Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or allthe bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.

UCIL may add any additional information as required for providing information to the bidders. Butthis additional information should not be in contrary to other provisions of the biddingdocument.

1.1 Sample Gas handling system

Dual Probe system with value hold facility, filter, heater, gas sampling pump, flow meter with necessaryvalves, Gas cooler, condensate separator, necessary indications and PLC – all mounted andinterconnected and enclosed in a free standing sheet steel panel along with wall/ frame mountablescavenging panel(Auto Probe Cleaning consisting of PLC controlled Solenoid valves for dual probes),compressed air filter & regulator and sampling impulse line.
