Modern Lux Housing 2
Established in 2001, Sandu Publishing strives for high quality productions and specializes in
excellent design publications by collecting innovative works from global design industry. We fully
display the trends in fields of graphic design, architecture, branding, industrial design and etc.
Sandu has published X Space, Conceptual Architecture, M2-Interior Design, M3-Modern
Architecture, Fashion Décor, Modern Living Space, Space Transformer, 100%-European Graphic
Design Portfolio, Almanac of Asia-Pacific Design and many others both at home and abroad,
which are highly appreciated by professionals all around the world and honored as the must-have
collections of higher institutions in various countires. Sandu is also a frequent participant of the
Frankfurt Book Fair
After the successful publication of Modern Lux Housing in 2012, Sandu now is planning for
releasing Modern Lux Housing 2, whose sequel will still be focusing on architectural & interior
design. We are looking for unique site-specific residences that blend the contemporary notions of
sustainability with peerless building structures, stylish interior designs and supremely livable
sense of spaces for modern living. Hereby we sincerely invite the brilliant designers and
outstanding design agencies to contribute their most creative space design works.

Qualifications
All outstanding design works from 2010 till now.

Contribution Requirements
1. At least 15 pictures for each project with drawings, plans, renderings and real view pictures
in high resolution, CMYK JPG or TIFF format, 300dpi.
2. Project introduction with less than 300 words.
3. Profile of the designer(s) and design team with portraits.
4. Fill in the Contribution Form in page 3 with each project submitted.

How to Submit
1. Upload contributions to online storages (Wetransfer, Yousendit, Dropbox etc.).
2. Please mail contributions stored in CD/DVD to the following address:

Important Declarations
1. You can submit your works in the name of an agency or an individual. There is no limitation
on nationalities and number of contributions.
2. Fill out a contribution form for each project with accurate and complete information.
3. Contributors shall be responsible for copyright of the contribution. The editorial department
shall not be responsible for any dispute caused by the copyright.
4. Sandu Cultural Media has the right to edit and publish the contributed works.
5. On the principle of voluntary contribution, all the contribution received will not be returned or
paid. Payment for editing, reviewing will not be charged for.
6. The selected works will inform its authors with confirmation and acknowledgement after the
final version.
