(Ivanhoe Cambridge) to arrange the sale of six regional and community shopping centres across Canada (collectively the Portfolio or the Properties) which are summarized below. The Portfolio is owned and managed by Ivanhoe Cambridge, Canadas premier shopping centre developer. The six institutional grade Properties total over 3.2 million square feet which are well merchandised and positioned to serve the shopping needs of their respective trade areas in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. In addition, Target Corporation has given initial indication that four Zellers stores in the Portfolio may be converted to Target stores(1), providing an investor with an enhanced high-draw anchor tenancy.
