PROJECT OVERVIEW

BOND COUPON INVESTMENT OPTIONThe Sunset Aqua Park was completed and became operational in July 2016. The Aqua park will generate a minimum of 800,000 EUR annually which will be guaranteed by Sunset Resort Ma agement Ltd. The management company can provide this guaranteed income due to the pre-sale of daily tickets charged per room rate.

The resort complex is located on a site com-prised of 58,276m2. Phase I of the project was completed in 2007 and Phase II was completed in 2012. The current investment opportunity involves the completion of Phase III.

The resort also includes several res-taurants, cafes, cocktail bars, a kindergarten, an award winning spa complex, a medical center, a gym, and an underground garage.

The Phase III residential towers will be sold under the Sunset Resort brand. The towers will be mixed-use and will consist of both commercial and residential space. This will make Sunset Re-sort the largest 5-star hotel in Europe

The town is only a ten-minute drive from Burgas (220,000 population) and ten minutes drive from Sunny Beach (250,000 population during the Summer season). The resort is also the closest 5-star resort to the newly improved Bourgas International Airport (5 km).
