The developers of Sunset Resort and Aqua Park are currently seeking investors toraise an €8,000,000 capital investment for up to 50% shareholding in the project.

The minimal investment for an equity stake is €100,000. Proceeds from the investment will be used to complete Phase III of the development project at Sunset Resort. The Phase III project consists of an aqua park and two residential towers. Sunset Resort is currently the largest 5-star resort in Bulgaria with 8 main buildings, 6 villas, 5 outdoor swimming pools, an aqua park and various restaurants and facilities. Investment in this project offers investors the unique opportunity to acquire an equity share of this successful brand name.

BOND COUPON INVESTMENT OPTIONThe Sunset Aqua Park was completed and became operational in July 2016. The Aqua park will generate a minimum of 800,000 EUR annually which will be guaranteed by Sunset Resort Ma agement Ltd. The management company can provide this guaranteed income due to the pre-sale of daily tickets charged per room rate.

The resort complex is located on a site com-prised of 58,276m2. Phase I of the project was completed in 2007 and Phase II was completed in 2012. The current investment opportunity involves the completion of Phase III.

The resort currently consists of 8 main buildings and 6 villas. The total built-up area is 135,668m2. The resort has 5 outdoor swimming pools, poolside bars, bowling alley, an outdoor aqua park and outdoor aqua facility with total area of 7,500m2. The resort also includes several res-taurants, cafes, cocktail bars, a kindergarten, an award winning spa complex, a medical center, a gym, and an underground garage.

The Phase III residential towers will be sold under the Sunset Resort brand. The towers will be mixed-use and will consist of both commercial and residential space. This will make Sunset Re-sort the largest 5-star hotel in Europe
