Supplier Information Events Local Sourcing

9

Why host these events?

Previous experience has shown that a face-to-face meeting is always best.

Our colleagues at SSE have vast experience of supplier networking. With their input, we opted to host a series of events in the key areas affected by the project to meet prospective suppliers.

10

The Supply Chain

As a major infrastructure project, Gas to the West will require a diverse, robust supply chain.

We hope to develop relationships with a network of local suppliers who can provide quality goods, works and services across Northern Ireland.

11

Why source locally?

We recognise that we have a significant role to play in the economic well-being and sustainable development of the communities we operate within.

We are therefore committed to demonstrating exemplary levels of engagement with local suppliers. Quite simply, we want to be the best in Northern Ireland at engaging with local businesses and SME communities.
