SHE MAGNATE PROJECTThe She Magnate Project is a project that was organized with focus on ladies between the ages of 18 and 25 years. This edition of the She Magnate Project (the “Project” or “SMP”) is its maiden edition. The purpose of this Project was to instill the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship in the 21st century female youth. This project is in response to the group’s assertion that females are key players and very influential in society.

The project commenced on January 15, 2015 and was held every fortnight. The venues for the meeting were rotated from place to place to suit the purpose or theme of every session. The project attracted ladies between the ages of 18 and 25 years, who were trained on various areas such as business, career, public speaking among others.

The project was climaxed with a conference dubbed “ She Magnate Conference”. The project served as a platform for the participants to showcase the skills they have acquired over the period.

Magnate Discussion Session is the regular meeting of INVENTS clubs on the various tertiary institutions in Ghana. The clubs at the tertiary level are referred to as INVENTS Hubs. Members of the group come together once every week to discuss delicate issues pertaining to academic, social and corporate living. At MDS, students are given the opportunity to express themselves. This is done for the students to groom themselves and exhibit their inert leadership qualities. At INVENTS, we seek to raise magnate and dynamic leaders, thereby opening membership to all who are interested.

Two new hubs were added in the year 2015, bringing the total number of hubs to three(3). The hubs are on the University of Ghana, Wisconsin International University College and University of Professional Studies, Accra campuses.

The various hub leaders have been equipped to lead sessions on their hubs and at other hubs. This is done with focus on equipping them to take them managerial roles in the foundation when they are out of school.
