1 Microsoft Intune

Intune provides mobile device management, mobile application management, and PC management capabilities from the cloud. With Intune we can deploy security policies, settings and applications to devices, including access to company resources e.g. email, calendar and contacts via Exchange ActiveSync.

2 Intune Company Portal application

1. Go to the App Store. You need an Apple ID to download applications from the App Store.

2. Tap Search. 3. Search for intune company portal. Choose Intune company portal from the search results.

4. Tap cloud icon to download and install the app.

5. Tap OPEN once the app has downloaded.

6. Alternatively you can tap Comp Portal from the app grid to open it.

3 Enrolling to Intune

1. Enter your email address. Tap Next.

2. Enter your password. Tap Sign in. 3. Tap Begin.

4. Tap Continue. 5. Tap Continue. 6. Tap Allow.

7. Tap Close. 8. Now you need to navigate to Settings. Go to the home screen.

9. Tap Settings.

10. Tap Install Downloaded Profile. If you do not see this menu item, proceed with step 11. Otherwise skip to step 14.

11. Scroll down and tap General. 12. Tap Profiles.

13. Tap Management Profile. 14. Tap Install. 15. If you had set a passcode prior to enrollment, you will be prompted for the passcode.

16. Tap Install. 17. Tap Install. 18. Tap Trust.

19. Tap Done. 20. You will be prompted to set a passcode if you have not done so

21. Enter a passcode and tap Continue.

earlier or if your passcode does not meet requirements. Tap Continue.

22. Re-enter the passcode. Tap Save. 23. If there are required applications, they will prompt for installation. Tap Install. Read more about app installations in section 4.

24. If email profile is deployed in your organization, the device will prompt for password. Enter your password and tap OK.

25. Open Company Portal app. 26. Tap Done to finish the enrollment.

4 Applications

You organization can make applications available for you to download and install via the Company Portal application and/or they can require you to install certain applications.

4.1 Available Applications

1. Tap Comp Portal to open Company Portal.

2. Tap VIEW on the Apps tab. 3. Tap the application you want to install.

4. Tap Install. 5. Tap Done.

4.2 Required Applications

1. Required applications will prompt for installation. Tap Install to download and install the application

5 Unenroll from Intune

1. To unenroll from Intune open Company Portal app.

2. Tap Device. 3. Tap the three dots.

4. Tap Remove Device. 5. Tap Remove. 6. Finally you can sign out of Company Portal and remove the app. Tap More.

7. Tap Sign Out. 8. Tap and hold on the Company Portal icon until the icons start shaking.

9. Tap the x on the Company Portal icon.

10. Tap Delete.
