The topics covered may change year to year as products, technology and service procedures change. Each year technicians that need to attend this course are notified via a personal invitation.

SERVICEMANAGEMENTWORKSHOP:This is a one day seminar intended for Retailer Service Managers. Instructor will present useful and practical strategies that can be implemented immediately in your service departments. These strategies will create a more effective and efficient shop that will increase technician productivity and dealership profits.

MASTERWRENCHMENTORING:This one-on-one training is provided by Bryan Equipment Technical Service personnel in your shop. This training is meant to instruct service technicians how to fully utilize their STIHL MASTERWRENCH SERVICE® PLATFORM (MWSP) through utilizing the STIHL Engine Check and Special Tools available to increase efficiencies in troubleshooting and repair of STIHL units. The result is more accurate service, fewer come backs and less customer complaints. Purchase of MWSP is required and training is scheduled to coincide with installation.
