What are the disadvantages of undertaking Vocational Training?
Takes time …need to reflect and re experience to demonstrate learning and consistent practice
Can be frustrating when
‘time for learning’ is cancelled…. specialists aren’t available
Takes time … need to plan , discuss and seek feedback from others
Can be time consuming when
•selecting evidence to include in your portfolio•writing up the different forms of evidence… often out with hours…
Takes patience…feedback needs acted on, some revision of evidence
Needs development and agreement of objectives prior to each section of the rotation
But… with e portfolio things should be easier!
