Handle petty cash amount ensuring the average cash balance is at minimum levels and cash box is held in safe custody

Ensure all cash advances are accounted for and liaison with the recipients for maintaining advance registers

Verify that all vouchers are attached with supporting documents and ‘pucca’ bills are available as per the accounts manual guidelines

Effective management of human resources is the key to a successful programme

OGs clearly mention the responsibilities of each staff member

Each staff member should sincerely carry out his/her duties

It is possible to work collectively towards reducing HIV/AIDS!
