eMeetingsOnline servers are co-located at a secured facility that is manned 24/7/365. The facility has 4 different power connections to 2 different Public Service substations, 3 Generators, 3 X OC48 rings (multi entrance/multi central office), 1 x Single Entrance OC 48 and employs 5GB of upstream connectivity to 5 different Tier 1 backbones. Each upstream connection is terminated into a separate Cisco GSR 12000. Our high-availability web farm is load-balanced at layer 4, eliminating uneven loading created by mega-proxies such as AOL running on clustered databases.

We encrypt 100% of the EMO software using next generation web trust service that combines state-of-the-art 128-bit SSL encryption and identity verification in a single bundle.

Data Encryption

We are Level 1 PCI and Safe Harbor compliant for credit card processing security and have invested over $250,000 dollars in securing our customers transactions.
