Agent-less Discovery of DP Cell Managers

• Discover the Cell Manager by adding IP address, Host Name, or Regular Expression to the discovery list. No need of Agent or CIM Extension.

• DP discovery via remote CLI and CRS API.

• Caching Mechanism on DPR server for better performance.

• Requires DP CLI to be installed on the DPR server- Install Data Protector and Select install type as “ Client”- Leave the field blank when it asks for name of cell manager- Select only “user interface” component and deselect all other components and click on “install

• Configure the remote CLI access credentials on Cell Manager
