Process• There are 2 basic parts and then a final step

• Students learn how to log their eatinng & exercise information using mypyramidtracker.gov individually. They are given two weeks to complete this task so that they may ask questions and have time to further explore this software.

• Each student must answer the questions listed by using the websites provided to them. Majority of the information can be found by careful navigation of one site but there are more options to explore by providing many sites.

Process• 3. Students will individually produce a one page paper on their

findings as well as turn in their chart for the 2 weeks of eating and exercise. (This does not provide personal information such as weight, it only shows if progress has been made.) For those students who like presenting, they may do so but putting together a power point presentation with the same information. The rubric is standard for both options.

• Conclusion• Students will learn better eating and exercise habits for a

healthier lifestyle. The biggest impact will be from seeing what they eat everyday compared to the exercise they are doing. This will come from the pyramidtracker.
