3.0 HR INTERVENTIONS

To name a few HR interventions under Ms Sucheta Shetty’s able leadership that resulted in

exceptional business and people excellence at TAKE are enumerated below:

3.1 Confluence

A need to integrate the organisation world-wide with a common goal

reinforcing the “One Team One Mission” message was identified,

conceptualised, designed, branded and executed by her as

breakthrough innovative benchmark initiative.

The quarterly progress of the defined landmark is communicated by senior leaders,

presenting the challenges and opportunities towards the growth trajectory. The forum also

encourages teams to enthusiastically share in the form of presentation to the rest of the

group and are further recognised by adding fruit card to the pledge tree.

This initiative was applauded globally for the transparency of communication, connecting

A novel concept to reiterate TAKE’s value system was formulated under her
