Zhejiang Yilida Ventilator Co., LTD. is one of the largest manufacturers of air conditioning ventilators in China today. The company has a total plant area o 62,000 square meters and has a highly qualified technical staff, and it possesses advanced production and inspection equip- ment. The company is a member of AMCA International. It was the first Company to receive ISO9000 certification within the air conditioning ventilator industry in China. The SYP, SYB, SYD, SYT, SYZ and SYH series of air conditioning ventilators and condensate water drain pan were developed in close cooperation with a number of scientific research organizations. The ventilators have been tested by the Hefei Universal Machine Institute, and they were the first air conditioning ventilators manufactured in China to receive an advanced domestic level rating from that lnstitute. They are recommended by the China Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industrial Association, and also by the Chinese Refrigeration Association. SYP and SYB series are nominated as national key new produts. SYD, SYH Series are licensed to bear the AMCA Seal and comply with the requirement of AMCA Certified Ratings Program. The products are presently being supplied to more than one hundred air conditioning equipment manufacturing companies. These companies include Trane. York, Mcquay, Dunham-Bush, Sinko, Gree, Midea, Haier, LG Electronic, National, Changhong, Tica, Bingshan, Tongfang, King, Qingyun, Kangda and Tecka. The ventilators are also presently being supplied to customers in Europe and America, as well as in Southeast and West Asia. Sales of SYP series of ventilators represent more than 55% of the Chinese air conditioning ventilator market and the sales of condensate water drain pan products represent more than 45% of the Chinese air conditioning condensate plate market. 系列离心式空调风机

CENTRIFUGAL VENTILATORS

机壳采用优质热镀锌钢板制成，侧板具有符合空

气动力的外形 , 并使风机体积达到最小，侧板进风

口处设有进风圈，使气流无损失地进入叶轮。蜗壳

板用点焊或咬合的方式与侧板连接成一体。在机

壳侧板上预设了一系列的铆螺母孔，以便按用户

要求的出风口方向进行安装。

The scroll is made of high quality hot-galvanizing steel sheet. The side platestake the shape according to aerodynamics and make the ventilator volume minimum. On the air inlet of side plate there is an air-inlet to make the air stream enter the impeller without loss. The snail plate is fixed on the side plates by way of spot welding or biting as a whole. On the side plate of the scroll there are a series of holes drilled in advance for riveting nuts to carry out installation according to air outlet direction needed by the customer.

上，参照国际同类产品先进技术开发生产的低噪3 3声紧凑型风机，额定流量 1000m /h － 20000m /h,

采用外转子电机直联，产品经合肥通用机械研究

所、同济大学等权威机构检测，具有效率高、噪

声低、流量大、体积小、结构紧凑等特点。是柜

式空调器、变风量空调器及其它暖通空调、净化、

通风等设备理想的配套产品。

SYB Series centrifugal air-conditioning ventilater is a low- noise compact ventilator successfully developed on the basis of SYD Series ventilator by introducing the interna- tional advanced technology of the international same product.The volume ranges from 1000m3/h to 20000m3/h. The ventilator can be directly driven by motor with ex- ternal rotor, the products have been inspected by some of the authorized orgens, such as Hefei Gerneral Machine Institute and Tongji University. They are high efficiency,low noise, large flow, small volume and compact construc- tion , used in cabinetairconditioner, air volume changing air-conditioner, HVAC purifier, ventilator and etc.

SYB Series Ventilator products

1) Direction of Rotation

2) Direction of Air Outlet

SYB Series ventilator can be devided into two direction of rotations, left-handrotation(LG) and right hand rotation (RD); Viewing from motor outlet terminal, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right hand ventilator; If the impeller rotates anti-clockwise, it is called left hand ventilator.

According to Fig 1, SYB Series ventilator can be made in four air-outlet direc-

SYB 系列风机可分为左旋 (LG) 和右旋 (RD) 两

种旋转方式，从电机出线端正视，叶轮顺时针旋转

的称为右旋风机、逆时针旋转的称为左旋风机。

SYB Series ventilator consists of scroll, impeller, baseplate (frame), motor, shaft sleeve and air outlet flange.

SYB 系列风机主要由机壳、叶轮、支板（框架）、电

机、出风口法兰组成。

SYB系列风机可按图1所示制成0°、90°、180°、270°

叶轮采用优质热镀锌钢板制造，叶片设计成符合

空气动力的特定形状，使得效率最高、噪声最低。

叶片采用铆爪固定在中盘及端圈上，在最大功率

连续运转时保持足够的强度、刚度。叶轮出厂前按

高于国家标准的内控动平衡等级全检合格。

2) ImpellerThe impeller is made of high quality hot gaivanizing steel sheet and is de- signed to a special configuration according to aerodynamics to make the efficiency highest and the noise lowest.The impeller is fixed on the middle disk plate and on the end ring with riveting grippers. The impeller has anough rigidity during continuous rotation with maximum power. Before leaving factory, all impellers have passed all-round dynamic balance test according to the Company Standard which is higher than Natiobal Stan- dard.

3) Baseplate(Frame)SYB Series ventilator baseplate is made of high quality hot galvanizing steel sheet. The direction of baseplate installation can be carried out according to the different requirements of customers. Over SYB 315 ventilator frame is made of angle steel and flat steel. On four sides of the frame there are holes drilled for installation to meet customers's requirements in different installationdirec-tions.

SYB 系列风机支板采用优质热镀锌钢板制成，支

板安装方向可根据用户的不同需求进行安装。

SYB 315 以上风机的框架采用角钢和扁铁焊接而

成，框架四边都冲有安装孔，以满足用户不同方

向的安装需求。

SYB 系列风机配用外转子低噪声三相异步电动机，

该电机具有轴固定、外壳旋转的特点。该电机安装

在叶轮的中盘上，由电机外壳旋转直接驱动。根

据用户需要， SYB 风机可选用特殊电机，该电机

可通过三相调压器、可控硅调压器、变频器等手

段进行无级调速，以适应系统负荷多变的要求。

4) Electric Motor The TDFW and YDFW2, which are low noise three phase asynchronous motor with external rotors, are used for matching SYB Series ventilstor. The electric motor features the fixed shaft and the rotating scroll. The impeller is installed on the external caseing of the motor. The rotating casing will drive the impeller. The YDFW2 series motor can be provided with three-phase voltage regulator, thyristor voltage regulator, frequency converter and etc. to realize steplessspeed regulator to satisfy changeable load in system.

The flange is made of hot galvanizing angle steel. The connection of angle steel straps and the connection between flange and scroll are carried out by using TOX non-welding technology, thus obtaining fine appearance, enough rigidity and strength. The dimensions and type of flange are shown in Fig2.

用 TOX 免焊工艺，外观精美并具有足够的刚度与

强度。法兰口尺寸型式参照图 2 所示。

SYB 系列风机产品说明Explanation of

SYB Series Ventilator products

1) 该样本中风机性能均指在标准状态下的性能，

即风机进气状态为：

1)The ventilator performance in this catalogue denotes the performance in standard conditions. It denotes air inlet conditions of ventilator as follows:

Volume Qo(m3/h), total pressure Po( Pa ), speed n( r/min ), and Nino ( kw) can be obtained from Performance chart. Asterisk ( * ) on the upper right corner denotes the performance parameter needed by the customers in practical gas inlet conditions. The difference in relative humidity is omitted from the above-mentioned formulas.

2) The performance of the sample ventilator is tested in accordance with GB1236-2000. Its noise index is measured according to GB2888-1991 at the point 1 metre from the inlet.

If the practical air inlet conditions of constomer or the speed of the operatingventilator changes,the conversion can be carried out according to the fol- lowing expression:

右上角加符号“＊”的则为用户实际使用气体

进气状态下所需的性能参数。

上式中略去了相对温度的差别。

2) 风机性能按 GB1236-2000 标准检测，风机噪

声指标是按 GB2888-1991 标准在离进风口 1 米

处测定的声压级指标。

若用户实际使用的气体进气状态或使用的风机转

速改变时则可按下列关系式换算：

风机性能 Performance of Ventilator

说明 Instructions

1) 风机配用电机功率是指在特定工况下，内功率

加上电机容量安全系数而言，并非出风口全开时

所需的功率，因此为防止电机超功率运转而烧毁，

严禁风机未加外界任何阻力进行空运转。

1) Matching electric motor power of ventilator denotes internal power plus safety coefficient of electric motor capacity in special operating condition, it does not denote the power required during full opening of air outlet. Therefore no-load running of ventilator without any applied resistance is strictly prohibited in order to avoid burning out of the motor caused by its operation at over rated power.

3) Prior to installing ventilator, rotate the impeller by hand or stick to check for tightness or impact. If it is ensured that there is no tightness and impact, then the installation can be carried out.

4) Soft connection between air pipe and ventilator air-inlet and outlet should be made as possible. The joints should not be tightened too much.

5) After installing the ventilator, the scroll of ventilator should be inspected. There should not be tools andextra matters remained in the casing.

6) Prior to official operation of ventilation, it is necessary to check the rotating direction of both motor and ventilator for their coordination.

7) During ordering it is necessary to state the type of ventilator, speed, air volume, air pressure, direction of air outlet, rotating direction, type of electric motor and its specifications.

3) 风机安装前应用手或杠杆拨动叶轮，检查是否

有过紧或碰撞现象，确认没有这些现象时方可进

行试转。

4) 风管与风机进风口、出风口之间连接时尽量采

用软连接，接头不得拉得过紧。

5) 风机安装后应检查机壳内部，不应有遗留的工

具和杂物。

6) 风机正式运转前，需检查电机的转向是否符合

风机转向的要求。

7) 订货时须注明风机型号、转速、风量、风压、出

风口方向、旋转方向以及电机型号规格等。

2) 风机在无较大腐蚀性气体、不含酸（碱）性和

尘粒物质〈 150mg/m3 的气体、温度小于 40 ℃大

于－ 10 ℃的气体环境下使用，风机在运输装卸

过程中应小心轻放，防止碰撞挤压。

2)This fan is restricted for use in areas where air substances are non-corrosive and non-toxics non-alkaline or where dust partides <150mg/m3,-10 ℃ < temperature < 40 ℃ . If special conditions during transportaion,load and unload, it is stricty prohibted to shock the ventilators.
