IntroductionIntroductionPresentation about the participation
of the company FEST Engineering Ltd. on the project „Salechard“
Basic details about project
Name of the project: TEC Polyarnaja, Selechard, The Russian Federation
Purchaser: Fans, a.s.
Assignment:
Strength - dilatational analysis of steam pipeline DN 5800
Create a project and production documentation of the main supporting steel structures
Stress analysis of condensate and siphon tanks with SO02-Skid and SO01
Beginning of works: April 2012
End of works: June 2013
The list of work
Stress analysis of the steam (determining the wall thickness of steam pipeline in the places storage and outside these storage, determining a fixed point and sliding storage in dependence on the connection to the steam turbine and the steam chamber)
Calculation of forces acting in the places storage of steam piping on supporting steel structure (determining the shifts in these places)
Strength - dilatational analysis of process piping, which is stored on its own steam pipeline and then on the supporting steel structures + determining the geometry and store these piping (cca. 50 pc.)
Proposal store the steam pipeline on the main supporting steel structures and determining responses to the iron-concrete foundation of the substructure
Create a project of the main supporting steel structuresfrom primal studies through to final production documentation. This part of the project specifically related to object of steel supports OH1÷OH6, main supporting steel structure of steam chamber SO03, technological object SO02-Skid and all auxiliary steel structures located in this objects or directly on the steam pipeline
Static analysis for all already mentioned main and auxiliary steel structure
Stress analysis of condensate and siphon tanks with SO02-Skid and SO01
Projection and production documentation of condensate and siphon tanks with SO02-Skid and SO01
Stress analysis of the steam chamber stored on the steel structure SO01
Creating the overall disposition of the steam piping DN including supporting steel structures and determination the borders of supply
