Introduction

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves a joint venture company between Mailam India Limited, Pondicherry and

Upking Kurimoto, Taiwan based in India.

Mailam India Limited is the pioneers and leading manufacturers of various types of Welding Consumables both for fabrication

& reclamation with manufacturing facilities & well equipped lab in Pondicherry. They have an installed production capacity of

500 MT of stick welding electrodes & 200 MT of flux cored welding wires per month. They manufacture complete range of

Shielded Metal Arc Welding Electrodes & open arc (Self Shielded) / dual shield (Gas Shielded) Flux Cored Arc Welding wires for

Joining & Hard facing Applications and suitable for most grades of material specifications. Their List of Customers includes

major fabricators like BEML, BHEL, BHPV, ICF, WIL, etc and major project contractors like B&R, L&T, VTV, etc. Our Quality

Management System has been certified to ISO 9001: 2008 by British Standards Institution. They are the largest importer of

Flux Cored Hard facing Wires to Upking Taiwan & China for all the jobs executed by them. MIL have also carried out

numerous reclamation jobs like Fan Impeller, In-situ welding of Table Parts & Roller Tyres, VRM Shaft Repairing, Roller Press

in-situ profiling work in India.

Upking-Kurimoto, Taiwan on the other hand is the largest composite plate manufacturers in the world using Kurimoto

Technology with a manufacturing capacity of 2, 50,000 SQM per annum. They are also pioneers in the rebuilding & re-

sleeving of Roller Press Rolls and doing in-situ rebuilding of VRM Tires & Rollers. They are also OEM suppliers to

Loesche for supplying all wear parts, New Cost Economical Weldable Type VRM Tyres & Rollers. They are also OEM

suppliers to FLSmidth, UBE, Paulwurth. Krupp Polysius, Sinoma, etc. They have excellent credentials executing various

projects & supplies with different customers worldwide.

We are leading manufactures of Hard facing Submerged Arc Wires required for repairing of Continuous

Castor Rollers & Pinch Rollers. We take this opportunity to inform you that the recommended high quality

consumables are manufactured by us at our Pondicherry Factory with all necessary approvals. We have been

supplying the consumables to various steel plants.

We also have a full fledged work shop at Kanchipuram equipped with state of the art equipment's to take up any

kind of Welding Repair / Re-building job (Rollers) on turnkey basis.

We have started this joint venture in India from the year 2011 and have been successful in

establishing ourselves as complete solution provider for the Cement, Steel, Power,

Engineering, and Forging Industries. We have a new state of the art Fabrication Facility at

Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu with various equipment’s to undertake almost all kinds of

jobs.`

We have successfully executed the following jobs in India till date with various Cement,Steel & Mining

A- Supply of Wear Plates of all sizes & applications like Clinker Loading Spouts, Classifier Rotor,

Classifier Guide Vanes, Mill Body Liners, Separator Guide Vanes, Louvers, Armour, Nozzle Ring

Segments, Screen plates, Ceramic Mitter bends, Separator, Front Discs, Grit Cones, Roller

Protection Guard, ESP Cooler Duct, Rotor Blades, Hopper Liner plates, Hardfaced ID Cladded

pipes, Divertor Chutes, Eccentric Reducers, Rotory air lock, etc.

B- Repair & Rebuilding of Table Liners / Tyres – In-situ as well in our Workshop.

C- Complete Repair and rebuilding of Roll press Rolls, Top & Bottom Gundlach Crusher Rolls,

Grinding path, Front Impact Arm, Coal Crusher Rolls.

D- We can easily take up the Re-sleeving of Roller Press Rolls.

D- Supply of Hardened plates (www.bisalloy.com)

E- Reclamation of Crusher / Mining parts using Flux Cored wires at site.

G- Supply of welding consumables for repair & maintenance and also for wear resistant deposits on

various applications.

H- Complete Refurbishing of Rotary Feeder of Loesche & FL Smith Mill.

I – We successfully executed crack repair of ball mill shell and Mill Head Trunnion, Wagon Tippler etc.

J- Supply of New Weldable Type Roller Tyres & Table Parts.

K – Supply of Separator Vanes to Dangote Cements, Nigeria.

L – Reclamation of Pinch Rolls & Continuous Cast Rolls of Steel Plants
