Using 2 x 6 studs and insulated sheathing allows for thicker insulation and enhances the structural strength of your home. The wall system has 25% more insulation than a comparable house built to Ontario Building Code Standards.

High Efficiency Natural Gas Heating System

This system is up to 96% efficient. A fan operated by an ECM motor adjusts airflow automatically depending on the conditions in the home and time of year. It uses up to 80% less electricity in its operation and is designed and right sized for your home. (Note: Systems vary by product type)

Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)

The HRV brings fresh air into your home to ensure that it is not only properly heated and cooled, but also has superior air quality.
