Typical Meeting Structure – you decide

• Shorter Meetings about one hour.

• No Meeting fines, invocation, or flag.

• Two monthly Club meetings and

• Monthly Chamber social/mixer.

• Monthly Projects and more...

• FUN!• Environmental in nature.• Significant volunteer time.• Supplies paid by recipient.• 1-3 projects per month.

Chartering & Joining

• 25 Charter members at $15 ea.

After established, possible:

• Initiation Fee: $50 One Time

• Club Dues: $130 Annually

• Several projects at local zoo including: Trail Maintenance, building compost bins, & a greenhouse.

• Bell Ringing for Salvation Army.

• Planted 1,000 trees in Spring and bud capping in Fall.

• Served Meals for kids and Seniors.

• Adopt a River, Storm Drain, Beach Clean up.

• Organizers for Earth Day.

• Organized a Library, etc… etc…

• Sponsoring Clubs should plan to stay involved for the first two years with their chartered club including assigning mentors and encouraging Rotarians to visit club meetings.

• PRLS, PETS, and other Rotary seminars and trainings should be emphasized to all of its members.

• Utilize district Resources and mentors to answer questions and concerns of members.
