You use the Admissions Screen to register the parent and the child.

As your service grows CMS2.0 grows with you. No limit is set on the number of families or children that can be registered on the system.

CMS 2.0 makes invoicing easy and quick. You simply choose the period that you would like to generate invoices for:
Daily
Hourly
Weekly
Bi-weekly
Monthly

8. Charges List
You setup your rates in this screen and apply them to each child. CMS then produces your invoices based on the rates set. You can also add additional charges for late pickup etc.

9. Immediate Invoicing
Need to produce an invoice for a client who is not registered simply choose the Immediate Invoice option and enter the required details.

This screen allows you to record your employee details, scheduling and certification.
