The Good to know.® Campaign

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices partnered with creative advertising agency BBDO to create a national brand campaign to support the continued growth of the network. From print to TV to digital, the campaign clearly illustrates that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and its affiliates and agents are “good to know.”

Affiliates can expect to see national print advertising in The Wall Street Journal, Real Estate magazine and REALTOR® Magazine. Additionally, affiliates will benefit from special negotiated rates for local campaigns in The Wall Street Journal.

/ TELEVISION

Our first-ever TV commercial supported the brand launch in early 2014, airing on national cable networks including HGTV, MSNBC and CNN. Our 2015 TV campaign reinforces that a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agent is “good to know” when selling your home. The commercial depicts the critical and emotional moment when home sellers get the news from their agent that “we sold the house.” The campaign airs during peak home buying and selling seasons and includes a highly targeted TV buy across HGTV national cable programming.

It’s easier than ever for customers and clients to search for a new home with our new Home Search mobile app1. The app features full IDX search capabilities2, a map search, refined search criteria as well as the ability to search open houses and new listings. Users can save their favorite properties and search preferences. Additionally, you can share your personalized3 app with past, present and future clients using your own text code, QR code or web link.

/ LEAD REsource: A POWERFUL LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Lead REsource CRM offers our affiliates and agents some of the deepest lead management, incubation and marketing capabilities available in the industry. The system provides the affiliate the capability to decide when and under what conditions leads are sent to the agent via a comprehensive set of lead routing rules. Regardless of whether the lead is assigned immediately or incubated at the company level, there is always visibility into what your client is doing online, and you have marketing tools at your fingertips.

The CRM solution is built around the idea that not every lead is ready to purchase immediately and that by providing the agent information such as which properties clients are saving, where they have set up saved searches, how frequently customers are logging in, the agent can tailor their marketing efforts to match the agent’s readiness to engage with the buyer. The system offers a fully customizable marketing tool that allows the agents to set up customers on personalized “Action Plans” that stay in constant communication with the customer.

If the agent wants to set up a personal phone call with the customer, this is easily accomplished via the system’s calendaring capability and can even be done automatically via an “Action Plan.” Regardless of the agent or company’s methodology for incubating and marketing to prospects and customers, the Lead REsource system has the ability to satisfy the requirements.

The Sunshine Kids provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for kids receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across North America. In the last two decades, our network has raised over $24 million for the foundation. During 2014, the network raised over $1.6 million with an additional $37,000 during the 2015 Sales Convention in Las Vegas, NV.
