‐ Item 64, 66.: Rounding errors related to metric data entry addressed.‐ Item 55b: The order of rounding operations caused discrepancies in sufficiency rating between FHWA and BrM.  FHWA's order has been followed.‐ Item 39, 40: better error handling for the metric values at the NBI limit.

NTI Items:‐ NTI Item D1: Item was not included in some XML creation.  This has been resolved.‐ Item D.4: the unchecked checkbox would not properly populate in the NTIS Submital file.  This has been fixed.

Inspection > Create New Inspection‐ Special Inspection Type dropdown observes isActive parameter flags. Also better error handling for null special type.

Inspection > Condition‐ Bug fixed where Inspection > Conditions element quantity warnings would pop up over the element that needed to be fixed.‐ Bug where element grid when parent‐child quantity rule enforcement is changed, prevented saving.‐ Hovering over the Checked‐out icon once again shows the user who checked it out.‐ Error message updated to indicate quantities are not equal, as opposed to one always being less than the other, which is not always the case.‐ Element grid, interaction with the C‐Options metric unit updated.‐ A version of Oracle 10 caused NBI conversion to fail.‐ An error was encountered when using arrow keys to navigate a locked inspection.  This has been fixed.‐ The 5.3 condition grid did not populate the Elem_PctState fields.  These are now populated again.‐ Support added for invalid elem_createdatetime and elem_modtime.‐ Quantity check errors correctly identify the child element containing the conflict.‐ Checked out bridge warning has text updates.‐ Bug fixed with maximum allowable value in the elem total quantity.‐ Fixed bug causing Checked Out Bridge icon to not appear sometimes.‐ A bug would cause deleted elements to not disappear in some circumstances.  This has been fixed.‐ Element grid: better error handling for canceling after deleting an element.‐ Notes log the user ID that accepted the sufficiency rating, in place of the user guid.

Inspection > Appraisal‐ Better load handling for invalid migrated data.‐ SHV load rating data would not appear properly in some instances.  This has been fixed.‐ SHV load rating error messages improved.

Inspection > Inventory > Design‐ Support added for structure unit names to include apostrophes. 

Inspection > Schedule‐ Users were sometimes able to indicate it was an ‘Other Special’ inspection without indicating a special inspection type.

‐ Error did not apply "to be an inspector" permission properly.  This has been fixed.‐ Hidden duplicate controls caused confusion in the Visual Forms Editor.  They have been removed.

Inspection > Element Condition Ratings‐ Bug fixed where new elements would not appear.

Inspection > Load Ratings‐When a new load rating event was created, it was not selected for editing.  This has been fixed.‐ Better error handling for navigating from one bridge to another.

Inspection > Cross Sections‐ Bug fixed where the Cross‐Section module would stay on the last bridge where data was entered and not with to the last selected structure.‐ Spelling fixed for a header.‐ Various fixes to graph the correct values, and properly account for offsets.

Tunnels List‐ Fixed various security access bugs.

Tunnels > Tunnel Inspection‐ Bug fixed where Tunnel Inspection team leader would persist from a deleted Inspection to the next created inspection.‐ User Guide: more detail added to checking out tunnel inspections.‐ Hiding the element grid would prevent saving.  This has been fixed.‐ Creating a clone of the Tunnel Inspection page and trying to create a new inspection would produce an error.  This has been resolved.‐ Tunnel > Inspection page had problems when an inspector was marked inactive.  This has been fixed.‐ Update scripts would make tunnel placecodes '00000' when it should be '0'.  Fixed.‐ Better error handling for inactive parameters and parameters larger than the field.‐ Element grid updated to respect the Option ElemInspAllowChdQtyGtrParent.

Analysis > Work Candidates > Comparison‐ Page used to encounter an error when changing results for pages to a list. Fixed.

Analysis > LCCA‐ A bug caused some intermediate Utliity data to display incorrectly, though the initial and final results were correct.

Projects > Create / Edit > Management‐ Better error handling for milestone parameters.

Projects > Summary‐ Costs updated to reflect human‐defined costs on human‐defined projects.‐ Better error handling on navigation.‐ Functionality added to select Utility Weight Profiles on projects pages.

Programs > Optimizer‐ Optimizer keeps projects frozen to a program.‐ In some instances, it would end and return results but the progress bar would display that the optimization failed.‐ The optimizer task would stop if an error was encountered.  It now attempts to 

restart.‐ Results export to excel now includes the Utility column.‐ Better error handling for no segments and for zero‐cost actions.

Programs > Create / Edit Scenarios‐ Scenarios could not be deleted after creation.  This has been fixed.

Admin > General Config > Paramtrs‐ Update scripts would reset the isActive flag on standard items.  This has been fixed.‐ Better error handling for missing db columns.

Admin > General Config > Options‐ The C‐Option LoadTaskOnTabClick behavior corrected.

Admin > General Config > Data Dictionary‐ Better error handling for Oracle when adding tables.

Admin > General Config > Visual Forms Editor‐ Text parameter fields would crash pages.‐ the Visual Form Editor did not like some custom headers, this has been fixed.‐ Re‐ordering tabs and then duplicating the Tunnel inspection page created an error.  This has been fixed.‐ Oracle datadictionary draws were case sensitive. Fixed.‐ Error messages clarify you cannot add the Work Candidate controls without the Work Candidate grid.

Admin > General Config > Tunnels‐ Tunnel Elements: Leakage (Elem 80003) units have been corrected to 'each' to conform with other defects.

Admin > General Config > Manage Asset Types‐ Better error handling for date types of different databases.

Admin > Modeling Config > Benefits‐ The 'Contains" filter contained a bug which has been fixed.

Admin > Modeling Config > Network Policies‐Where Network Policies wouldn't trigger based on percents in certain condition states.‐ Network Policies: better error‐handling for deleting Network Policies.

Admin > Modeling Config > Utility‐ Utility: Base Utility Value formulas now recognize Varchar database fields.

.dcAdmin Screen‐ where updating the optimizer configuration file would overwrite the .dbAdmin configuration.

Reports > Generate‐ Page would run reports for 'All' instead of a certain number of structures.‐ Tunnel Report: Item I.18 was improperly labeled C.8.  The report has been fixed.‐ Tunnel Report: fixed items C.5, D.5, L.11, L.12 and N.3

Reports > Register‐ Reports: better error handling for registering reports.

Gateway > Export‐ Tables containing nulls can be exported to PDI.‐ The default export is returned to XML and not PDI.‐ It is now possible to export just the datadict‐ The Gateway>Override page Bridge‐key column has been changed to Bridge‐ID.‐ The Export and Import processes have been improved to batch extremely large files, to prevent timeout.‐ Fixed errors which occurred trying to import PDI's with load ratings.

Gateway > Import‐ PDI imports where parent elements are null is now allowed.‐ For Import using PDI with notes fields which are too long, Oracle only.‐ PDI imports no longer fail on unusual character validation.‐ It was possible to get an error switching from Gateway>Import to Gateway>Export pages in certain conditions.‐Was being slowed by Health Index calculations.‐ Better error handling for Oracle with metric conversion errors.‐ Check in has better error handling for unusual parent‐elements.

Miscellaneous‐ Login screen: better error handling for users who try to reach the URL of a specific page without loging in.‐ Excel exports of grids have had their formatting improved.‐ Improved excel export for many grids in the user interface.‐ The 'View Data Table' on in‐software graphs now includes a 'Close' button.
