About us
Impact Safety Solutions Ltd. has been providing services to the oil and gas industry since 1997. Since then, we have evolved to work with a variety of industries throughout Western Canada.
We are 100% aboriginally owned and operated. Not by a Nation, but by entrepreneurial treaty 8 members.
Originally started in High Level, Alberta. We have since grown to three locations to increase our coverage and available business opportunities.
With offices in High Level and Leduc, and our newest office in Fort St. John, BC. We are able to effectively provide services to all of Western Canada’s most prosperous industrial business regions.
Our expansion has not only been in physical locations, but also in the services we offer.
We now have one of the most comprehensive service offerings in our industry.
Truly a one-stop-shop.
Being an aboriginal company, we feel that it is our responsibility to work hand in hand with oth-er First Nations businesses and members whenever possible.
We are a success story, and we want to share that with others.

Darren is the founder Impact Safety Solutions. He has more than 20 years experience in the industrial health and safety business.
His industry experience and dedication to the company have helped build Impact Safety into what it is today: A leading service provid-er of health and safety solutions for multiple industries across Western Canada. Darren now sets the vision for Impact Safety’s future from Edmonton, AB where he manages our Leduc Office.
As part owner and co-founder of Impact Safety, Carey has been Dar-ren’s business partner for over a de-cade.
Carey’s role in the day to day opera-tions of the company has been a vital component of our success. His experi-ence with the Dene Tha’ First nation as a council member has helped him gain valuable insights into the behind the scenes dealings between First Nations and both government and industry stakeholders.Carey is our main point of contact for our original office in High Level, AB.
Alex is the newest member of Impact’s Management team.
His background in various fields in the occupational health and safety indus-try have brought some new services to our line up. He brings some exten-sive experience in the industrial safe-ty industry having project managed large scale facility shutdowns for a large multi national company as well as having worked for StatOil, one of the world’s largest energy companies.Alex manages our operations for our newest office in Fort St. John, BC as well as all aspects of our HSE consult-ing services.
No matter which service line, you can be sure that our people are dedicat-ed professionals. Without dedicated, empowered, and driven employees a company simply cannot be successful. This is why we are diligent about look-ing after our people.
Linda is the one behind the scenes that keeps us organized and the wheels turning. She is a valued mem-ber of our team and is always willing to go above and beyond.
