第二步－申请“申请”是指我们安全的在线申请系统，您可以随时随地地使用该系统，使您能按照您的需要灵活地填报申请。您每次登录后都可以获得更多信息，花足够的时间去修改、完成您的申请，您想花多长时间就花多长时间。该系统是最快捷、最高效的申请方式。但学生上网受限制或不能上网的，应当拨打电话 +44 (0)870 112 2211与UCAS客户服务部门联系，咨询解决方法。通过UCAS进行申请，您可以一次申请拥有多种选择，最多可做5项选择。学生已经进行UCAS“申请”注册的，可以通过个人申请，也可以通过其学校、学院、顾问或当地英国文化协会办公室进行申请。如果您选择使用某教育中介的服务，应向英国

文化协会办公室核实该中介是否在贵国持有经认证或注册的中介资格。

我的申请费用会是多少？如果您选择申请一门以上的课程，或一所以上的院校：您在申请时需要支付17英镑。如果您只在一所院校申请一门课程，您需要支付7英镑。

资格填写申请时，您应当详细说明您所获得的所有资格，包括您离校考试、高等教育入学考试、职业考试的情况及您取得的其他资格或获奖情况。“申请”系统按国家和资格名称的字母顺序对资格进行排序，因此很便于查找。但是，如果系统没有列明您的某项资格，您可以选择“其它”选项并详细说明资格情况。在申请之前，您应当与您拟申请大学院校的招生办公室核对您资格的合格情况。每一项核对都将决定您的资格是否满足或可能满足该院校对您感兴趣的课程的录取要求。申请时请不要试图给出一个与您的资格相类似的英国资格。

如果您的第一语言不是英语，您应当：� 说明您的资格是否是全部或部分用英语取得的；� 详细说明您参加或准备参加的英语语言测试，

如IELTS, ESOL, TOEFL等等。

国际学生的费用在英国学习（无论您是全额缴纳费用还是享受补贴)，您的费用状况均由您拟就读的英国大学院校决定。在您决定究竟就读哪所大学院校之前，就必须绝对完全确定您能够支付以下的所有费用：

� 您的学费（金额由大学院校确定，请与大学院校联系以了解详情－登录院校网站，许多院校在其网站列明费用）

� 您和家人在英国期间的日常生活费用，包括住 宿、供暖、照明、衣物、旅行

� 课程所需的书籍与设备� 往返贵国与英国

计算费用时应当将所有事项计算在内。您可以从大学院校的国际办公室、UKCISA（国际学生事务协会）和（或）英国文化协会获得信息，协助您作出准确计算。许多院校提供奖学金和助学金。您应当与院校联系以获得更多信息。此外，您应当向当地的英国文化协会查询是否还有为贵国赴英留学生提供的奖学金名额。

您需要的法律文件如果您准备在英国学习，有必要考虑您进入英国所需要的法律文件。每位来英国留学的人士都需要持有有效护照。如果您现在还没有，应当尽快申请一份。从某些国家来的人士在入境英国之前需要持有签证，这被称为“需要签证进入英国人士”。您可以登录英国边境署网站点击“我是否需要英国签证”查看，以确定您访问英国是否需要签证。因此，请登录英国边境署网站www.ukvisas.gov.uk，查询有关英国签证要求的最新指南与信息。英国正在向所有签证申请者收集生物统计数据（无论国籍）。无论您是否为需要签证进入英国人士，您在到达英国时必须向签证官出示特定的文件，并表明您来英国做学生的意愿。
