Interview Layout

As I wanted my drop capital, I added a box (a purple one on top of a red one).

Once I laid out the interview question, I edited it a little so that they were laid out equally. I changed the colour of the text to separate the question with the answer and then I left a gap in the centre row as they normally have a quote or image there.
