•Interpersonal communication refers to communication between individuals usually in face-to-face private settings (means not in groups).

•It is the primary way relationships are created, maintained, and changed.

•It is the utmost form of communication

– Feelings, etc.

• Hence you cannot ‘pretend or bluff or mislead or hide or cheat or do whatever you want’. All you can do is to be ‘honest & sincere & open & do whatever best you can’
