• To examine programmes across all lines of development (equipment, personnel, training, doctrine/concepts, force structure, sustainability)

• To determine ‘networthiness’• To administer DCSA’s ‘Purple Spot’?

To get it right in Acquisition stage to minimise problems in service.

• IA6 team (Dr Peter Burge) responded to his challenge, producing Version 1 of the ISTAR 2010 Architecture in Jun 04
