The Talent Attraction Team at Apple is a regionalized staffing team recruiting across multiple lines of business. We are the team who finds and selects talented people you see in our Retail Store and who you speak to in customer contact centers by attracting talent through

various on- and offline channels. Your communication and relationship with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners will be vital to success in this role. Description • Find, engage and select candidates across the APAC region and

ensure an unparalleled candidate journey

• Identify potential talent to fill our current vacancies as well as building a pipeline of exceptional candidates for future roles

• Work closely with the Sourcing Leaders to identify short and long term talent attraction needs

• Work effectively using Apple technology and tools to ensure a seamless candidate experience

• Engage candidates through multiple channels of attraction and utilize networking, direct calling and virtual connection to conduct first stage interviews

• Learn and understand the guidelines and principles in Human Resources that support recruitment and hiring at Apple

• Drive brand awareness and career opportunities through student clubs, groups and alumni

• Participate in the planning, organizing and execution of attraction events, including university engagement

• Support managing and measuring the impact of recruitment and attraction efforts and investments

Ideal Candidate • The ability to communicated with and influence effectively your

peer group, customers and candidates

• A motivation to achieve great results; the desire to succeed and deliver upon required metrics successfully

• An understanding and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners

• Can cope effectively with change and is able to shift gears comfortably based on changes in business and hiring needs

• Research and networking skills with social networks, data mining and some experience of cold calling

• The ability to take initiative to leverage all resources to unearth the very best talent for the job

• Ability to effectively manage workload and task prioritization

Language Requirements • The candidate needs to be native or fluent in at least one of the

following language combinations:

• English, Mandarin & Cantonese

• English & Japanese
